We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard/Debit Cards. If “online credit card” is selected as the payment method, the customer data written in the identity card (account holder ID card) must match the data in the credit card used to complete the payment procedure.

In the event of a technical failure, waybooking will collect the difference amount for the ticket issued. The difference amount will be confirmed by our dedicated customer support team.

Please note: Foreign exchange fees may be added during the final payment process. This happens because different currencies are used when paying. Please check these fees with your bank, as they are updated daily.

Price lock service

About Price Lock Service: [Price Lock Service] whether written in the form of two words or one word in English (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”) is described as a price fixing guarantee and is the right of the buyer and not an obligation when purchasing a specific flight ticket during a specified period with the fixing of the price. Price is for a fee (hereinafter referred to as “Price Lock Fee”).

This “Product” reduces the concerns of the users/buyers of the Locked Price (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) in the event of fluctuations in the price of airline tickets during a certain time frame. The Company provides the Price Lock Service for different periods of time, so the User must carefully select the appropriate service for the period during which the price is to be fixed. The Lock Fee primarily includes compensation for the risk of changing the price of the ticket and service fees.

By purchasing the Product, the User agrees to fully comply with the terms and conditions herein. The terms of the Product also include, but are not limited to, what is mentioned below, and The Company reserves the right to enter any additional information in its sole discretion and as necessary to adequately explain the terms of the Product.

Lock Fee: By purchasing the Product, the User agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned herein. The terms also include but are not limited to the following:

Lock Fee is non-refundable and non-adjustable. In addition, the User must pay the agreed amount to be paid for the flight ticket if used in accordance with the terms of this Product; The Lock Fee is calculated in such a way as to reduce the User’s concerns and protect the User from the increase in the price of airline tickets during the period of use of the Product (as defined below). The increase in the Lock Fee reflects the significant concerns about the increase in airfares during the period of use of the Product (as defined below). In the event that the User decides to exercise his right to use the Locked Price during the “User Period” (defined below), The price at the time of purchase exceeds the amount of the “locked price”, the “company” will adjust this difference on behalf of the “user” during the purchase process. Lock Fee not only allows users to lock in the costs of their airline tickets, but also gives them the flexibility of choosing to take advantage of the best offer possible for them.

Lock Fee includes applicable mandatory taxes and fees, in addition to any other fees.

Lock Fee does not specifically include any fees, surcharges, updates, or additional value-added products or services that are not a required part of travel such as: baggage fees, seat fees, food charges, cancellation, change or refund fees, points redemption fees, Points accelerator and other additional items.

The “Product” is available on the airline’s suitable fares, which at the time of departure are more than 3 (three) days prior to the lock fare expiry time, and are subject to change without prior notice. For the purpose of clarification, the time of the first permitted lock-up use means the time when the use of the locked-price begins, and “the time of the lock-up expiry” means the last time the use of the locked-price was permitted;

The product is non-transferable and can only be used by the same person who provided their details at the time of purchase.

The User shall not take any action (or fail to take any action) that has an adverse effect on the Locked Price, or is harmful to the interests or reputation of the Company. This clause shall be valid and enforceable regardless of whether the user was aware of the results of such action or failure to take any action, if it could reasonably be expected that such action (or inaction) would have an adverse effect. If the Company suffers any financial damage as a result of the above actions, the Company reserves the right to charge you the full amount of the ticket increase or financial loss to the Company in addition to any other fees associated with such restricted use.

The product can only be purchased by end consumers, and cannot be purchased by other travel agencies, consulting firms, airlines or companies engaged in similar or conflicting business operations as those of the Company. Pursuant to this clause, no claim or action may be brought against the Company, in relation to the Locked Price if the Service has been purchased by a travel agency, company or travel advisory company other than the end consumer of the Company itself.

The price lock fee is non-refundable and not adjustable.

The User understands that the Locked Price is a perishable product and that Products and Services are also subject to availability. The Company shall not be liable if the Product is not available or sold at the time of completing the transaction on the Site, or the Product is not available or sold. If you wish to sell your flight, or your chosen fare class is no longer available, we will do our best to find an alternative option to ensure that you are able to use your Locked Fare on another flight on the same airline, or even a different airline. In such a case, the User is obligated to accept the flight available to him, without any liability to the Company.

The beneficiary of the insured price understands that in the event of an increase in prices due to natural disasters, calamities or acts of God, the company does not cover the same value. In such a scenario, the locked rate must be invalidated.

There will be no relationship between the Locked Fare and any Reward Points or Miles awarded to you by the airline, and you agree not to use the Locked Fare in conjunction with any pre-existing Offers, Reward Points, or Miles as stated above.

The User understands that the Locked Fare can be purchased a maximum of once, per person per scheduled flight. The User agrees that the Locked Price cannot be transferred to, re-allocated or resold to any other person or persons.

Purchase of the product: It is the duty of the user to provide true and factual information regarding his/her personal identity, contact information and any other information requested by the site to the fullest extent of his knowledge and capabilities and he/she must be fully legally authorized to use the payment method chosen and work with it at the time of purchase Price Lock Service. If the details or information provided at the time of purchasing the Lockdown Service are found to have been willfully misrepresented or fabricated, the User will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of applicable laws (as defined below). Before purchasing the product, the user must check the choice and the terms of the product associated with it. To purchase a product, the user must select the appropriate product and enter the correct payment details which will be verified by the company and the partner payment gateway. All sales are final. Subject to the remaining terms and conditions, the Product will remain in your account until you use the Lockdown Service. Or this service will expire automatically. The purchased product(s) are saved and maintained in your account once they are purchased and appear in the appropriate place on our website. Benefiting from the service is only allowed through the process of paying the fees to the company. The user should note that the Lockdown Service is not a confirmation of the flight ticket per se, and therefore there will be no issue of the flight ticket when the service is purchased by the user.

Use of the Lock Price: It simply means the purchase of the basic flight ticket according to the insured fare. Use of the Service results in a new transaction for the purchase of a basic airline ticket under the Terms of Service. Upon use, the User is required to pay the Price Lock Service fee. In some cases, the Company may offer a lower price than the original insured price. In such cases, the Company may charge a service fee related to changing the terms of the original Lock Price. The Company offers a Lock Price for a range of time periods, lock period or lock price period. . The User may choose to use the Lock at any time during the Lock Term (from the time of purchase of the Service until the time of expiry) in accordance with the Lock Term. The terms of the Lockdown Service are clearly stated in their terms and conditions and the Company does not bear any responsibility to notify the User of the Lockdown window popping up. It is the responsibility of the purchaser of the product to monitor the “Price Lock Service” window and if he wishes to do so, use the service before the expiry time. It is necessary to pay the Lockdown Service fee to use the service successfully.

Expiry of the “price lock service” period: Once the locked price has been used, it no longer has an additional value, and subsequent use, refund, renewal or exchange in any way is completely null. The Lock Price Service fee is used and will not be claimed again. If the Locked Price expires without any use, the Buyer’s rights to the Basic Locked Price shall expire without any additional value. There can be no refund or exchange in any way for an expired locked price. No changes or modifications can be made to a locked price, once it has been purchased by the user.

User Electronic Payments: In addition to the above-mentioned payments, the Company charges an appropriate fee for all reservations and cancellations. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the reservation fee is non-refundable. “Facilitation Fee” means the Booking Fee, Cancellation Fee, Booking Amendment Fee or any other fee charged by the Company to provide the Service as necessary. You will be responsible for paying all applicable expenses, taxes, and fees for utilizing the Company’s services. In the event that there is little charge by the Company for listing, services, facilitation fees or any other fees or services due to any technical reason or otherwise, the Company reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance following the transaction at its sole discretion. Any refunds arising from any transactions with the Company due to any cancellation of the Locked Rate or for any reason will be processed by the Company in the same bank account, debit card or credit card used to make the payment by the User at the time of booking.

Disclaimer of foreign exchange rates

Foreign exchange is changing one currency into another, and this phrase also refers to the conversion from one currency to another. Foreign exchange rates are updated regularly according to various factors, and you can contact your bank to find out more about it.

Please note that foreign exchange fees are included in the rates during booking on the site, and also affect the refund amount. For example: If you book in Kuwaiti Dinar and use credit card in Saudi Riyals, there will be foreign exchange fees which include currency conversion from Saudi Riyals to Kuwaiti Dinar. This difference will be reflected in the rates at the time of booking and also upon completion of the refund process.

Check-in, change and cancellation

Check-in for travel:

For most international flights: Check-in starts three hours in advance.

For domestic flights: the check-in service starts two hours before the scheduled flight departure time. Please check for information updates on this on the airlines’ websites.

Babies must have valid documentation to prove their age. Please note that travelers fall under the category of infants, if they are under 2 years old.

You must carry the correct required travel documents such as a valid passport, visa, health documents, insurance, immigration permit etc. WayBooking is not responsible for any issues with the documents (eg if they are incorrect or inappropriate).

Modify or change your reservation

Any modification to the reservation on the WayBooking website has some fees that are imposed according to the policy instructions of the airline, hotel or place of residence, and it varies according to the flight and class of travel booked.In addition, the Waybooking website has modification fees, and it varies according to the airline The flight and class of travel booked.

All changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time, and the time period varies from company to company. Please check with our customer support team for accurate information

Please note that there are certain airlines that do not allow changes to be made before certain hours of travel and may put on the ticket “Not to be at the airport at the time of flight departure”. In this case, the possibility of a refund is very low.

Cancellation

WeBooking allows its customers to cancel their reservation. However, each reservation on the Site is subject to cancellation fees imposed by the airline and WayBooking, and cancellation fees vary by airline, class of reservation, and flight.

In certain cases it is not possible to cancel a WaiBooking Flight reservation booked under promotional offers, special offers or discount period and the ticket is non-refundable. Please read the terms and conditions for promotions, special offers and sales period.

If you complete check-in online, over the phone, or any other method, we cannot refund your payment. Passengers must contact the airline’s customer support team as an additional procedure.

For example: If you book in Kuwaiti Dinars and use a bank card in Saudi Riyals, there will be a foreign exchange fee for converting the currency from Saudi Riyals to Kuwaiti Dinars. These fees are updated daily according to the official sources. You can contact your bank to know more about it.

waybooking is an online booking site that provides easy and convenient access to your reservations in both English and Arabic. The site is obligated to refund the amount paid for booking a trip to customers in the event that it was recovered from the booking company. In the event that the booking company stops the refund procedures, the site is not responsible for its refund to the customers, and the decision to recover the amount paid is taken according to the position of the booking company and a proven statement from it.

Suspicious/fraudulent bookings
